Hope it’s been smooth shift so far? (Apart from the disruption earlier in the day.)

I just looked on real time trains and amidst the chaos that was the disruption.

Some how, on the 19:30 out Liverpool Street. There was a 17car train with a 720 and 745 coupled together. I think we all know it was just the 745 that went to Norwich.

Must feel a bit odd for you and the rest of GA that usually go to Liverpool Street. Hopefully it’s still working out ok?

Tell me about it, just recently got it myself. The tablets I got are helping me at the moment.

Just been announced on X that South Western Railway has been put into public control now.

I will be a bit sad tho when GA gets taken in, I don’t they have done bad and the new trains were great when they came.

Well indeed, would have thought either a Clacton Depot driver/Mainline Driver or Colchester Depot driver/Mainline Driver.

It’s interesting tho as I would have thought it would have gone to Colchester depot for the night.

But I think there is a 7 car (2 755’s) going there instead from Ipswich.

I would love to see how the 755’s get on with the 720’s at Clacton Depot. Must be good for the 720’s to have some company.

I just seen that unit is off to Clacton Depot once it gets delivered back to Colchester.

It’s much calmer than it was yesterday.
