True. But I'm sure to other villains, those like Dick Hardly are just not trying hard enough to be even more cruel to make any impact at all, and I've seen other villains that are beyond his level of cruelty.

You know what's funny? He's one of the villains that I already forgotten about him so much that I thought of him as a joke. So even though he is infuriating on your end, which is understandable. On my end, he's "Hardly" noticeable. 🤣
