I just noticed the "dismantling the administrative state" part on that banner....that's chilling. Like how does he think a country runs? Despite his unearned rep as a businessman, he became president to be boss, have parties, perks, etc--zero interest in actually running a functioning polity.

Having one of those high stress days where something puts me in a (totally justified) foul mood right off the bat, but then teaching cheers me up. Which is funny because it's my least favorite religious tradition but I'm channeling all that mad energy into my lecture so I'm actually giddy. 🤷
