There are indents of ropes all over his body. Sagawa's tie and jacket are gone. He's wearing suspenders and his rolled up sleeves reveal his irezumi. He's got has all the pillows propped against his back, smoking a cigarette as he's solving a crossword in the paper, unbothered.
