Vikki and Vasa both dye their hair, and no, you will never see them with their natural colour. But because /I/ can: Vikki was blonde (with green-hazel eyes) and Vasa an almost-black dark brown (with brown eyes). Both would say they feel wrong without their pink and purple.

Thoughts plague me. Can one tablet weave a grosgrain style ribbon with thicker middle warps to recreate 18th century stay braid/ribbon/trim? It feels possible. Not that the stays I want to repro for Nina used "stay braid" but... Hmmm. Gotta bust out the Inkle loom and experiment.

Got so mad at one knitting project (frogged a good 14cm/5.5") and restarting it (3x) to have my tension look like BARF AND TURDS (aka a few stitches were wonky) I decided to calm down by starting an entirely different knitting project. Fortunately it's already off to a much better start 😌
