I don’t think the base will collapse. They’re dug in, don’t think Trump could do any wrong and that’s supported by their pastors and podcasters. Facts don’t matter to them.
Thought I would have gotten used to it by now, but I’m still grappling with the realization of just how stupid the men running this country are.
I'm STILL livid about this.
Anyone with a heart should be.

No money to feed hungry children.
No money to home the unhoused.
No money for health insurance.
No money to stop sewage from backing up into our homes.
But billions of dollars are spent bombing a country that was no threat to us.

Out of all the daily horrors, I think this story disturbs me the most. A bunch of religious fanatics are knowingly trying to end the world to fulfill some biblical prophecy.

He’s not protecting others; he’s protecting himself and hiding. You can see plenty of people at the entry door, ready to take on the insurrectionists, but not Markwayne.
Took a friend to the ER a month or so ago. She had pain but would t take anything. When the Dr. asked why I joked that she didn’t want to take Tylenol because of fear of autism. He looked at me like I was crazy! Then realized I was joking. But she took the pills.
So the USA out-bullied the bully of the Middle East. What does that make us? The new bully of the Middle East.
We still don’t have a real reason, let alone a valid one, for starting this war.
