Delaware County becomes first Philly collar county to ban ghost guns The entirely Democratic Delaware County Council voted Wednesday to ban the devices, which have already been banned in Philly and other Pa. municipalities.

Last night, our Delaware County Council took a huge step to ban deadly ghost guns and machine gun conversion parts.

Please share with someone who believes that it is *bad* to 3-D print or mail order gun parts without a serial number.
