Itβs not only London. Cardiff v Rest of Wales is also a long standing thing over the years. My historian Dad found evidence of it in Victorian newspapers. As a Cardiffian working in other parts of wales Iβve seen it too. Itβs also prevalent in the sad debacle of the regions v WRU at the momentβ¦

Today, 14 October, is the anniversary of the Senghenydd Colliery Disaster. Amongst the 440 men and boys who died in this terrible tragedy was Peter Ross, who had only recently joined Cardiff rugby club. A gifted player of great promise, an article by my Dad:

Concur. Was Franceβs to lose. They had majority of possession and felt like they were looking to play more. And to add to that their set piece often looked a bit shaky. Must be very frustrating for France!
