Just watched a video of someone living in Japan where they're paying only ¥90,000/$570 for rent. It's so frustrating. Rentals start around $1800 where I live so I have to work overtime hours every week because one full paycheck goes straight to rent.
Unless I missed a case, the Court declined to take up the lower court’s decision. That’s not the same as a Supreme Court ruling. The lower court’s decision stands, is all. Other circuits could decide differently.
