🧠 In reproductive-aged women, sleeping <7h & having a higher progesterone-to-estradiol ratio were linked to stronger wanting & liking of savory food (Pringles) during simulated night shifts.
💡 Sleep ≥7h & choose healthy snacks (e.g., nuts) during the luteal phase.
