Do I want to spend a beautiful sunny spring day skiing in the #snow in the Alps? Or do I want to spend my #Saturday at a car dealership with my OH, who doesn't care anyway, cuz my old car broke finally? #Decisions... ๐ค๐ญ
Imagine it's a calm & cheerful springday. You take ur cup of coffee into the garden & listen to the birds. For about 3.2 sec. Then ur hyperactive overstimulated crazy #cockerspaniel storms in the garden & starts doing its Zoomies. Tufts of grass fly around & birds flee. So much for a peaceful morn.๐คฃ
Switzerland still shows the greatest spinelessness when it comes to Trump. Closely followed by Germany.

"any rate, it grows well on the south slopes of the hill. The Bree-hobbits claim to have been the first actual smokers of the pipe-weed. They claim, of course, to have done everything before the people of the Shire, whom they refer to as "colonists"; but in this case their claim is, I think, likely to be true. And certainly it was from Bree that the art of smoking the genuine weed spread in the recent centuries among Dwarves and such other folk, Rangers, Wizards, or wanderers, as still passed to and fro through that ancient road-meeting. The home and centre of the art is thus to be found in the old inn of Bree, The Prancing Pony, that has been kept by the family of Butterbur from time beyond record. 'All the same, observations that I have made on my own many journeys south have convinced me that the weed itself is not native to our parts of the world, but came northward from the lower Anduin, whither it was, I suspect, originally brought over Sea by the Men of Westernesse. It grows abundantly in Gondor, and there is richer and larger than in the North, where it is never found wild, and flourishes"
If TROP does not show the Hobbits getting introduced to pipeweed by Numenoreans then frankly Amazon need to hand those licensing rights back in shame.
I don't really know I wanna peek into Pandora's box like that. Jeez ๐
@annienowak.bsky.social I blame you for this. Or rather not? ๐

Landscape gouache painting of some purple flowery fields under a cloudy sky.
back to gouache (it's hard T_T)
Tbh I have the same issues. What helps me, is to take a deep breath. Slowing down and taking one step at a time. It doesn't always work but I found ways of shutting out the loudness in my head. Keep trying. It's hard but at some point you will manage. I went to therapy for it.
The image is a meme with three panels, using a scene from a movie to humorously convey a conversation about prosecuting people associated with the Epstein files. 1. Top Panel: Shows two characters, with the left one facing the camera and the right one seen from behind. The text reads: "prosecute everyone in the Epstein files." 2. Middle Panel: Features a close-up of the right character facing the camera. The text states: "if we prosecute everyone in the Epstein files, the whole system will collapse." 3. Bottom Panel: The left character is in focus, looking at the right character, with the text: "I already said prosecute everyone in the Epstein files, you don't need to sell it to me."
Sounds awesome for the kids ๐
A path through a very snowy coniferous forest. The branches of the trees are weighed down by a thick blanket of snow. The setting sun paints the tops of the trees further away orange.
More snow-blanketed trees in a forest setting.
A wider shot of coniferous snowy trees and birch trunks in the forest. The tops furher away are again glowing orange in the evening sun.
A closer shot of snow-blanketed, heavy coniferous tree branches.
I know I keep posting snowy pictures, but we've gotten even more snow and I can't believe how beautiful it is outside! I truly feel like I'm walking in a fairytale when I let the small paths lead me deeper into the forest. ๐คโ .โนโ
