Regarding meds, memo to myself: yes, you absolutely need to set that alarm for them, your adhd brain will not remind you in at least 5 out of 10 times !

My two silly girls who absolutely have to lie in the exact same place at the same time and have the one toy the other also wants in this moment (the younger sillyhead usually wins the toy-war cause the older one growls and with that loosens her bite on said toy🙈)
