Bullshit decision. His arm was close to his side and he tried to further pull it back behind him
@dongleunlimited
I largely take up a watching brief around these parts but will occasionally reply, like or nod sagely at many and varied posts covering a wide range of topics including CPFC, politics, comics and tabletop and video games.
Bullshit decision. His arm was close to his side and he tried to further pull it back behind him
I suspect itβs more to do with potential compensation from clubs that want him sooner than the end of the season.
Of course not. But we know he has a spark occasionally and he can cause the opposition problems. Heβs better than slinging a midfielder up front.
Honestly donβt have the energy to be angry. Weβve almost gone bust twice, we know what Macc fans went through, we won the cup. Itβs about them. Let them have it, deservedly, especially after the tragic events a few weeks ago for their club which put things into perspective.

I enjoyed that book too!
Probably more to do with the fact that our squad was down to bare bones.
I like him as a sub 10. He gets into the box and gives people an option
Letβs hope so.
Just completed final watch through of the finished ROGUE TROOPER filmβ¦
25 years of pestering @2000ad.bsky.social to let me give it a shot, 3 years of production to make the thing & nowβ¦ itβs DONE!
Canβt wait for you to see it.
So, so proud of our team.
Weβve made something a bit special.

How the fuck is that a yellow card? #cpfc
A market stall of Folklore themed linocut prints.
Iβm at the Turner Contemporary in Margate all weekend with Brighter Days Markets. COME!
Oliver Glasner has won more games at The London Stadium than Graham Potter.
I really, truly, hope youβre wrong. He doesnβt deserve that.
Exactly this. Itβs not like itβs news.
He was never renewing.
Thanks!
Anyone know what the fee was for Odsonne Γdouard (if indeed we got one)?
Orβ¦submit the bid a little earlier? Maybe?
Maybe put the bid in earlier.
Iβm not sure if youβre being sarcastic or not. Iβd tend to agree with the sentiment though. If he could let this penny pinching for the sake of it go, weβd be in a much better position.
That relationship is done. This might see us get to the summer without him going - in fact Iβll be pissed if he does after this.
β¦and pissed off Marc in the process.
See people saying that Palace had all summer to sign a replacement for Guehi.
Similarly, Liverpool had all summer to put in a serious bid.
Whilst I am happy that Guehi hasnβt gone, I canβt help but wonder at the damage done, not least to Marcβs morale. Parish has massively fucked up here. I hope he learns. I doubt he will. Iβm also not sure that any good will come from these public power games.
Also, longerer is a great (if not real) word
I donβt think he signs a deal. Heβs too focused on his future. But I think, given what this season could become, we need to write the money off.
I guess I thought that we needed to sell Marc. Itβs the model. But for that amount of money, versus a season that could further define CPFCβ¦Iβm not sure I want to see him go just yet.
Yep. So impressive
