Great science is done by great scientists. There are no great scientists, there are great scientific GROUPS. So, to do great science, the first thing you need to do is create an excellent, empathic, honest, motivated AND positive group of people.
My first post and reflection here: unfortunately, in the post-truth era, where anti-vaccine and flat-earther views are on the rise, engaging with scientists on scientific matters is a crucial act of rebellion.
