Well, you don't need to have a physical mind to be able to use mental or psychic abilities. It's a good question, by the way: this is actually a philosophical topic that the storyline is going to explore in more detail.
Pretty much average. She mainly uses her mental abilities to fight.
She has some fairly powerful psychic abilities.
Yes, she'll be able to fight if necessary, using a variety of unique skills at her disposal.
However, since we're primarily making a stealth-focused experience, combat is generally viewed as a last resort.
