I tried going back upstairs after the first 5 days, uda 'ga sakit' jadi dikira uda gapapa e tnyata malah cidera ulang 🙃💀 lesson learned lol.
it's slowly recovering kok, and 80% have returned to normal activities, and I'm back upstairs since a few days ago. TY fam <3 kamu juga yaa

Ngl this experience really humbled me bc there's no way to heal it any faster and it forced me to sit with the experience.

Nature's rhythm is really unlike what the current lifestyle we're living in huh

As of my ankle, it is healing pretty well. I can walk and feel it getting more stable by the day, but getting up and down stairs is still a little scary so I'll prob still be here for another week or so.

A little update:
I sprained my ankle and it rendered me unable to go upstairs (where my room/workspace is) for almost 2 weeks. I realized I need to start functioning again tho, so I got my PC/work moved downstairs, it's not ideal but it'll do 😓
