When the president discards the Constitution to rule as a dictator, and Congress allows him to do so, the Constitution of 1787 has ceased to exist. That is where we are now. Any new settlement, whether allowing the president to be a dictator or not, will by definition be post-constitutional.
If any court pretends that either the Constitution of 1787 still exists or that the Trump dictatorship is constitutional, erase that court by legislative action. Including the Supreme Court, which Congress has the power to do.
