I rested it in the fridge for about 10 hours and then baked it off, and they hadn’t absorbed the flour on the bannetons, held shape, scored easily, and have a great crumb.#sourdough #bread #baking #homemade

These are the best sourdough loaves I’ve made to date. It was a 12 hour bulk ferment, I thought it was going to be over-proofed but it was elastic, didn’t stick and held shape well.

Tried making flour tortillas with sourdough discard and while my rolling skills leave much to be desired the texture and flavor are wonderful and I’m really looking forward to using them for breakfast tacos. #sourdough #sourdoughdiscard #homemade #tortillas
