Trans people do not deserve this. They do not deserve to be made to feel this way. To be a Republican talking point. To be punished by Christians. Sadly, we have gay leaders who arenβt speaking up for them. We have gay men in power who arenβt fighting for them.
Trans people are back to being the scapegoats of Republican bs. You got the president wanting to deny gender affirming care. Putting it into the save act and saying he wonβt sign any bills until the save act is past. Holding the government hostage.
We need our attorney general to look into AI piracy and make sure that if the public is owed a settlement we get the tens of billions of intellectual property that AI was trained on. The courts can do that, we shouldnβt let them skate by. We got armies of lawyers too, not just them.
The billionaires stole all of our data. They even pirated books and scanned everyoneβs face on youtube. Whereβs the payment to the public for all that theft?
Not only should they not be allowed to do it, they should have to pay a heavy price for having done it. The same goes for copying peopleβs voices.
AI being able to copy peopleβs faces and their likeness and manipulate them in grotesque reproductions for faking their identity or exploiting their image should be illegal, non-stop.
The past is something we can learn from in Baltimore. And we also need to look forward
