Another lovely moth from last night was this colour coordinated Shoulder Stripe. Lynnette had one a few days ago & this one came to the front window ~ they love the light in the Guillemot's window! Another super-fresh looking moth.

After traveling along the mediterranean coast of Spain from Malaga, we have now crossed into France. Some nice birding on the way with highlights being; improved views of Black Wheatear, Trumpeter Finch, Great Skua & plenty of Slender-billed & Audouin's Gulls. 🪶 #BirdsSeenIn2026

Two Glossy Ibises confront each other mid-air above a misty wetland in Keoladeo National Park, Bharatpur. The ibis on the right lifts one wing high while facing the other bird, which turns slightly away, showing iridescent green and bronze tones on its back and wings. Their long curved bills point toward one another as their legs dangle during the aerial interaction. Below them, a tightly packed group of Eurasian Coots sits together on a small muddy patch surrounded by shallow water, appearing calm beneath the dramatic moment above.
