I think you’re likely right. What a mess

And there we have it. Failure to act for humanity
*sighs*
But is anyone actually surprised

Very wise words
And mine!!

Times up!! It’s ridiculous we are even still having this debate. Neonicotinoids are banned and there’s no excuse to use them
And there is the real worry. I seriously hope people are t falling for it, but I fear they are
Can someone explain to the damn government that no matter how often they insist immigration is the biggest issue facing us, that that’s simply a lie…..
Climate and biodiversity breakdown are the issues of our time!!
And can someone tell the @BBC too please?
Ta.
Thanks Kate.
There are over 2000 lobbyists at COP28 pushing for continued fossil fuel use, whilst we stand at tipping points that could change the planet forever…..

Hello!! Been quiet and getting over flu but as it’s #WorldSoilDay I’m just popping into say……
STOP DIGGING

Yesterdays storm has turned into winter sunshine. But still the strawflowers shine!!!
I’ve been very quiet!!

It appears yet again that the promise of a ban on peat based compost in horticulture is forgotten, along with various other promises. When will this govt understand there’s no life on a dead planet 🌎
It’s crazy! The irony is they’re very loud about having a huge range of peat free composts!!
Just disappointing when they market themselves as independent and yet are buying through the incredibly toxic global system. But hey ho!!
Just visited a great garden centre with a huge range of interesting plants…..
Great you’d think?
Except they were all grown abroad in pots full of peat.
So disappointing.
I think I was tired!! Fell asleep!!
It was 17degrees here yesterday!! It’s freezing today. Insane
Still pouring here!!
Evening folks!!
How is everyone?!?
👋👋👋👋👋
Good morning folks!!
Feet hardly touched the ground over the weekend, from talking at an event to cleaning up my potting area and now off to work!!
Today teaching a chutney making class! First time for everything!!
Definitely this was outfit of the day……
Euonymus europaeus L., Spindle; invert associates
1. I've used Spindle in every copse & hedgerow I’ve ever planted. Fruits ripen about now; vivid red-pink capsules enclose bright orange arils. It’s a larval host for c. 27 spp. of inverts, 9 of them Lepidoptera.
Prof. Dr. Thomé, Flora von Deutschland
It’s one of my absolute favourites
Surely using any civilian lives as collateral damage is morally unacceptable?
There needs to be a ceasefire now and we need the leader of the opposition to fight for that
Me too Gilly:-))
Hear hear!!
