Husbands back has been out for 4 days now, he is bed bound now. To top it off he has either a cold or flu. Our little Benny the French Bulldog was up 6 times for water and toileting. I have to get up every time to let him out. Luckily I am feeling ok. Might need a nap later.

My little man is home again after a night in emergency. He started shaking and panting heavy last night. He has an infection. Our poor Benny has had a rough couple of weeks. #dog #dogsofbluesky #frenchbulldog

It’s been a long time since I have seen one since they were eradicated due to the mite here in Newcastle. I was so excited when I saw one yesterday. Hoping they are coming back to the region.

I stopped reading for a while so my husband bought me an eReader for my birthday in May. I can borrow books from my local library so have read about 10 books since May which is good for me.

They have started treatment and want to keep him another night. Our poor little man. Will be restricted with his exercise now.

Benson the French Bulldog is still at Sash. They have diagnosed him with Immune-mediated thrombocytopenia (IMTP or ITP) which is a serious blood disorder where the dog's immune system mistakenly destroys its own platelets, leading to a reduced platelet count and bleeding issues.

It’s been a hectic few days. Mum in hospital since Friday. Benny the French Bulldog hasn’t eaten since Friday so had bloods and ultrasound done today. Vet suggested we take him to Sash tonight to get more tests done tomorrow, so they are keeping him overnight at Sash.

I don think you can make it make sense as it just doesn’t.

Had my Breastscreen today. Very quick and the staff are amazing. I do it yearly as my sister had breast cancer. Free for anyone over 50.
