I saw it on a YouTube short a while ago, but it made sense since it showed her turning into a dragon which while the curse is similar to Fiona's the book was obviously not talking about her case.

If you go off the theory about the book in the first movie's Intro actually talking about the dragon, then she turned into the Blonde Princess.

My Pandora playlist tend to play the soundtrack all the time, my favorite part is they aren't in the right order. So it can go from Suffering to Get in the Water which in context is hilarious.
