I was at the protest the day after Alex Pretti's execution. The only violence was from ICE agents teargassing and detaining protestors. They kidnap our neighbors with impunity and murder us in our streets. They then gaslight us and tell us we're the violent ones. These people are pure evil.

This form of retributive murder from ICE will not be the last. These are exactly the kind of individuals ICE hires. Murderous thugs with no impulse control and no empathy. They’re filling the ranks with sociopathic and brainless goons. Dark times.
People like Trump and Musk are deeply miserable people. Nothing in the world can give them what any human truly needs: meaningful, loving connections with others. Keep that in mind. These people are constructs of deep pathology that makes them weak. We can, and will, overcome these obstacles.
It's more than just okay to take care of yourself during these trying times, it's a necessity. Please, everyone! Do your best to try to laugh and enjoy life so that you have the fortitude and resilience to stand up when the time calls.
Something I've been doing is focusing on self care. I've been in a dark place these last few weeks, and I've recognized the need to get my mind in the right place. Self care is incredibly important. We can't resist and stand up to autocracy if our mind and body is in shambles.
