Made an art today from polymer clay and grout

Another round of pasta to use up tomatoes. Tomato, onion, assorted peppers, garlic, white wine, fennel seed, and olive oil - baked til fondy, reconstitued slightly and blended, finished with cream, butter, and basil 🍽

Made some pasta to use up tomatoes today. Baked tomatoes, garlic, and hot peppers with olive oil, a splash of white wine, salt, and fennel until reduced. Added to pasta, finished with some fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, a little parm and burrata. 🍽

Vegetables, clockwise starting from the top: sliced cucumber, sliced green onion, quick cucumber salad, blanched broccoli rubbed with salt and sesame oil, quartered cherry tomatoes. Doubanjiang sauce was vegetable oil heated to fry doubanjiang, garlic, ginger, green onion. Add sugar, cooking wine, chinkiang vinegar and simmer off liquid. Baked in a small pan of fish at 425 for around 20 minutes. 🍽🍴
