KCNT1 gain-of-function variants cause severe, drug-resistant epilepsies, often with early onset and developmental regression. He we used a multi-model approach, combining computational screening, electrophysiology, and humanized KCNT1 Drosophila to identify existing drugs that inhibit KCNT1.
