G-tube replacement surgery tm! This tube was placed last year and despite it being good at its job (venting my stomach that won’t digest food),, something from that surgery caused my health to severely decline and has caused A Lot of pain. I’m begging the universe for even a 5% pain reduction 🪄

queerautism - I think we don't speak enough about how, when you're chronically ill, a bad doctors appointment can genuinely make you so hopeless and suicidal. I have come out of some of them sobbing, with the terrible weight of the indifference of the medical system on my shoulders, knowing in my bones that no one wants to help. It takes unimaginable strength to pick yourself back up from that, and try again And again And again For years.
It’s 1am and I am v tired, but I’m scared to go to sleep.
I woke up in so much pain this morning that I couldn’t even shift under my weighted blanket, let alone escape its confines.
