I love mine
you gotta hit the weights to add strength and power. I did 2X per week for 4 months and it paid off in my fastest lap time in a December MTB race.
On the other hand, I take my bike when I visit my son in San Francisco and the riding is great. Lots of infrastructure and cyclists on the streets. Rode from my hotel to the top of Mt Tam and never felt unsafe.
I’m now a fan. Loved the flags of America idea.
