It’s great to see you being whimsical and happy. One of the hardest parts of coming out of trauma is feeling comfortable with yourself to be “silly” and it’s kewl to see someone who deserves happiness. 🫶🏻

After my divorce it was about 4 years before I found the relationship I have now. There was a lot of trial and error in that time so don’t be hard on yourself. 🙌🏻 Some people are like the front aisle at Walmart…seasonal, lol.

Carry You has THE bridge "Could going through the motions, lead to real emotions?" Dizzy has their best opening line "You close your eyes and kiss your hand, then you blow it, but it isn't meant for me...and I notice." The specificity of "Always Be" "One of us has to drive, one of us gets to think."
There's a couple songs off "Bleed American" I can still enjoy even if I never want to hear "The Middle" again. Their follow-up "Chase This Light" I think gets downplayed because it's a "happier" record than "Futures," but it's also really good.
During COVID, they played the whole album as a "virtual" concert. It's really good. "Kill" was THE song for me for a long time.
Seen them several times in concert. "Futures" is a perfect album.

It is impossible to explain to kids how terrifying that in theatre experience was. I think the movie holds up more than most but being 14, seeing it opening weekend with a packed house VERY sure we were watching people die through the marketing still gives me goosebumps thinking about it.
