But I don’t worry. Even if a publisher doesn’t take it when 10k words are cut, then they’re just not the right home for it. And that’s alright!

Listen to David. David knew what the fuck was up.

Panel 1: two crows are walking in the snow as a heavy but gentle snow falls around them. Panel 2: one says to the other while looking ahead "Heh, that lump of snow looks like..." Panel 3: what they thought was a lump of snow opens its eyes, revealing itself to be a pure white snowy owl. Panel 4: "Gasp" gasps the second crow. "... a spirit!" exclaims the first.

Fierce winds drive off snow and ice from the peaks of Paine Grande in Patagonia's Torres del Paine National Park. There is a whole world of drama and grandeur to be found far above in the peaks of mountains, and especially so for Patagonia!

Although the wind was screaming in my ears, it was a scene of serenity & breathtaking majesty as the Cuernos del Paine lit up in magnificent light. Light I had never witnessed in my years of exploring Patagonia.

After several attempts over a period of 6 years, patience finally paid off. For an all too brief moment, Argentinian Patagonia's vast, breathtaking Perito Moreno glacier is dressed in the most beautiful light!

Deep in the mountains, there is a world of untold beauty. It changes in matters of seconds, never to be repeated. Capture it, preserve it for eternity, share with those who haven't witnessed. Patagonia, Chile.
