Tanrun was once badly beaten and ended up getting some severe bedsores while resting afterwards. They took years to recover from, and it's left him with some bad pain and scarring.
If I exclude spiritual wounds:
Okamis had her foot hacked off. Her master saved it, and they managed to get a healer to reattach it. It's pretty numb now, and can't hold weight like it used to, but it's there.
