I abandoned the franchise for good after Sword & Shield. They don't make the kind of games I enjoy anymore so next time I have the need for Pokemon I have a big catalog of stuff to replay. But I wasn't expecting this spin off at all....
You people won't believe me, but around a couple of weeks ago I've been itching to start a new game of DQ Builders 2, and the out of the blue surprise that this game I've been ignoring since announcement is a DQ Builders with Pokemon has been a big warm hug to my heart at this moment.

I never got my hands on a PS3 so finally I get to see what the hype was about!
If any dedicated nerds wonder what the "show full log" does: It decompresses a complete trace of all the ran test with symbols included! Before compression, it was around 2GiB of text total, after ~ 50 MiB.
After the demo release I'm back to normal development. This week I created an harness for automated testing to have coverage for the rest of the game to come!

Another one for the list of exceptions: The disc I own for Dj Max Respect on ps4 can't be played without updates. The game is out of sync.
I don't know about 2's but the original joy cons have IR cameras so in theory with only a led bar and software support, Wiimote like aiming should be possible
