After 8 joy-filled months w/ his family, Beau’s health sadly took a turn & he crossed the rainbow bridge surrounded by his humans & dog brother 🌈💔
Amy said she knew their time would be short, but she'd "remake the decision every time."
He was finishing recovery from surgeries when he went home. Amy noted his “vast” health improvement post-dental.
“After he healed, he was able to enjoy his food & finally able to put on weight! ... I truly believe his dental & being the recipient of the TFF improved his overall health & life." 💛
Through months of medications, exams, corrective surgeries for nostrils & skin folds & multiple dental procedures, Beau’s loving & gentle spirit shone as bright as ever — & captured the hearts of adopters Amy & Brad.
“Beau was loved & cherished from the moment we brought him home,” Amy shared.
He suffered from arthritis, ear infections, chronic skin infections, partially collapsed airways, a painful eyelid condition & many bad teeth 💔
Though he was in constant discomfort, Beau was a dog who greeted everyone he met with trust & kindness — all he wanted was to love & be loved in return.
As we share stories of care & healing made possible by PAWS’ Tooth Fairy Fund, we're celebrating the life & memory of Beau.
This sweet soul was well into his golden years when he came through our doors.

Our vet team removed her damaged teeth & repaired her eyelids, finally giving this resilient senior the relief she so desperately needed ❤️🩹
Today, Pork Chop is safe in a loving foster home, chatting w/ her raspy voice & showing off her adorable blue lips.
She’s comfy, content & can eat w/o pain.
We don’t know how long Pork Chop was wandering the streets alone, but one thing was certain — she was suffering 💔
Severe dental disease made it difficult for her to eat & she had a painful condition called entropion, where her eyelids roll inward, causing irritation & infection.
Senior pets like Pork Chop deserve to spend their golden years cuddling w/ their people, basking in sunbeams & dozing on the couch — not struggling to eat through constant pain.
But when this nearly 17-year-old sweetie entered our care after being found as a stray, that was exactly what she faced 🧵
