I think he's a hybrid at least? Im still not 100% sure but-- i see him filing his horns so that it's under his hair?
After winter they probs grow out like that
I tried out a little ombre on him like the other rainbow monsters do :oD

Vegetables and Fruit! I also think that him being a rainbow monster would be either like hardly known trivia or a theory that the restoration project people would come up with because of the similarities ><
I like to think he has horns under his hair that he keeps small or is just naturally small--
As for what he controls! I was at a toss up, because on one hand, carnivorous plants is his whole obsession-- but I think in the context of the show since that part is supposed to be not
