Que no puedo dejar de recomendar cada vez que me acuerdo.
Es curioso: hay fraudes y abusos en todos los sistemas, pero los únicos en que se destaca de entrada lo importantísimo que es controlar que no haya fraudes ni abusos es en los que podrían servir para paliar la pobreza.
