I'm replacing Cook with Bae to the "On the Bubble" category. He's taken a big step forward just from the start of ST. The mental errors on the bases have been eliminated.
It was certainly no surprise Skenes was names OD starter. I've seen plenty of fans mad he won't likely pitch at home in the NYY series.

I'll add this. If Bednar is on the 26-man roster to start the season, the team needs All-Star Bednar closing games. I have less confidence in Bednar embracing a 6th-7th inning role than I ever did with Cruz moving to CF.

Sure, players don't easily forget being booed especially in their hometown. Bednar doesn't come across as some big tough guy. He's a teddy bear who never cared about conditioning until now. He's grasping to refind his footing. Maybe, it's the yips. I don't trust him even in low leverage situation.
Yesterday's results were alarming. Gotta wonder how much the booing got to Bednar last season. He desperately wants to be the guy. With under 2 weeks to go in ST, Bednar needs to show he can be lights out again or he needs to be muzzled and not be an option for Shelton to go blindly rely on.
Spring Breakout games would be a great opportunity for MLB to have a color analyst from each team in the booth.

Bailey Falter has been scratched from today’s start out of an “abundance of precaution”, per senior director of sports medicine Todd Tomczyk. He did not recover well after playing catch yesterday (“general body soreness”) so he’ll instead play catch today.
One take away from 4 weeks of full squad ST has been the maturity of players. You expect it from Skenes. That is what makes him so special. Suwinski, Davis and Cook, who are yet to make their mark on the game, are showing a real understanding of the what it takes to be successful. #LetsGoBucs
