what's kinda fun about thumbprint cookies is that you can add anything to the middle. i made some flavored with a bit of lemon and then added lemon curd in the middle and they're WONDERFUL.
Made more thumbprint cookies! They're not that cute but I accept them for the way they are. The chocolate didn't melt as much as I wanted but alas. Taste yummy!
