No, the '(Honor Mode)' only goes for BG3. In Elden Ring the 'Seamless-Co-op' mod allows you to play the game like a normal multiplayer game. You summon your friends once and then when they die they re-spawn at a grace instead of getting disconnected. They also don't disconnect when a boss is beaten.
