and maybe instead of it generating some python code, it's generating a workflow for your video editor and it's already queued up a selection of takes of the clip you described and now you just have to go in and pick out the best ones to piece together for your edit

Anyways, it's pretty silly stuff. But instead of asking it come up with it, you give it a script and description of how it should look, timing, etc and it gives you back a python script. then you go through and make edits (or ask Claude to) until you're happy with the final product

I would not call him "anti trans rights". He's certainly not an ally (look at everything he's vetoed!) but California also hasn't shifted the wrong direction. There are plenty of current examples of what an anti-trans rights governor would be actually doing.

AirBnB, investment firms, foreign investors, etc are rounding errors in the larger picture. The solution is to build more housing. Stop the endless delays, stop slashing building sizes to meet fake affordability metrics, just build build build. it's super simple!

Real estate investment firms are super clear in their financial filings about what will fuck them - it's cities getting their shit together and building more housing.

Investment companies aren't the problem. They're still renting out the houses. It's a pain if you're trying to buy of course. They're just a symptom.

We need to build more housing in places people want to live. It's that simple. Build build build. Fuck the NIMBYs
