Congratulations! You now have a world of free DLC at your fingertips. If you have EA desktop, you'll need to reinstall the unlocker whenever there's an EA desktop update. (Run the .bat file again, no need to redownload the packs). Happy simming!
Last step: Run the game. Take out your mods folder since we're just running to check on the DLCs. Let it load as usual. Once the game is loaded, you should get the new DLC welcome windows.
Open the zipped packs you downloaded, select the files inside, and drag them into the sims folder. Repeat this for all the packs you downloaded.
They may be in a different location if you changed the installation settings. In my case they were in H:\Program Files\The Sims 4 on my secondary drive. The folder should look something like this. There may be other folders, but Data, Delta, Support, and _installer should be in it.
Step 6: Put the DLC in your sims 4 folder. Default locations-
Steam - "Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4"
EA desktop - "Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4"
Once the download has finished, delete the files from your google drive and repeat the copying process until you have all the packs you want. You don't have to click download from drive again.(Warning: These files are nearly 70 gb in total. Make sure you have enough space)
Our "My Drive" should now look like this. Click "Download from Google Drive". It should load a bit, and the files will disappear. This is supposed to happen. Go to the dummy's google drive and the files should be there. Download them.
Select as many DLC as you like, but ensure the total size does not go above the free space in your drive. Let's do the first six for example. Once you've selected them, click on "Copy". It may take a while, but let it load.
Click "Continue". You should see this page. This will now allow you to download the DLC. However, as drive has a 15 GB size limit, you will have to download a few at a time and delete them from drive before downloading more. (Note- SP19 and SP27 don't exist. EA numbers it weird.)
Select your dummy gmail in the new tab that opens. Allow rclone access to your google drive. The page will then redirect to an unreachable site. This is supposed to happen. When this comes up, select everything in the address bar and copy it. Paste it in the auth code area.
Click on the Google Drive link, then the encrypted folder link. This is where our dummy gmail comes into play. Click the blue "Select Account" button, and click "Get auth" in the window.
Step 5: Download the DLCs you want. You can download as many as you like, however there are a considerable amount and this will take time. Return to the steam underground forum. Click on The Sims 4 hyperlink.
You may delete the "EA DLC Unlocker v2" folder if you wish. You may redownload and add new configs at any time.
You must now install the proper configs. Type "2" and press enter. Type "15" and press enter when this screen comes up. You can install the other configs at any time later. Once it returns to the main menu, press "q" to quit. You have successfully installed the unlocking configs.
Open the EA DLC Unlocker v2 folder. Double-click on "setup.bat". This command prompt window should pop up. It will detect what you have installed. Type "1" and press enter. Allow admin rights. It will install on its own and this green text should pop up.
Open the file you just downloaded using the winRAR free trial. Drag the folder inside into your downloads folder, or another easily accessible directory.
Step 4: Install the DLC unlocker. Make sure to download v2. Either link works.
