It seems like Ralsei didn't understand at all, looks at viewer confused. In the bottom panel, it shows someone's hands in Ralsei's face, as if he tries to tell him sweet words.

In the top panel, it shows Ralsei smiling forcefully, and someone continues to narrate "I WILL BE THERE WATCHING AS YOU FALL. AS INTENDED." In the bottom panel, it shows Ralsei as a teen, he was sitting in floor, while smiling forcefully "And if anyone's going to hurt... let it... just be me, okay?"

What's Undertale?" In the bottom panel, it shows Heart pulling out a note and a pen, and made click sound "Oh right... Imma write down for my theory Piss and Shit" and continues "The Dreemurs had to renovate a whole room just to accommodate the fact that their human kid needs to shit". Kris left the room. This dialogue about dreemurs thanks to my friend Keego , hehe
