Met Hien once. I was at the taco stand while I was minding my baby niece, and she started crying while we were waiting. I saw Hien in the queue behind me and got so embarrassed- when he lifted his shirt and started breastfeeding her right there at the stand. Chill dude! Really cool about it.

Off, but I think similarly, work kept him sane, because without internet there was nothing he could do about it. My heart goes out to your manager, I can't imagine anything worse.

It was hard. Coworker was gay and came to the uk to escape, so he had a bad relationship with his mother. But he'd tried to get her papers to come here too and she turned him down. So it was a mix of worry and frustration that she could've been out. We always let him talk about it and offered time-

My coworker hasn't been able to contact his mum (in t3hran) for days, happened last time b0mbs were dropped too. He seems in good spirits when I messaged him about it but I know he barely slept last time so. And it frustrates me that there seems to be no quick end in sight to it all.

Once again messily tried to describe a theme I'm exploring in the comic to a friend, and I felt like I did a shit job of it, but I'm NOT gonna let it put me off the whole thing cus I'll just do a better job explaining in the comic itself.

Seems silly but I used to do warm ups, then at some point I stopped bothering, then my art felt shit. All these warm ups you post inspired/reminded me to get back to it and I've felt better lately. So thank you for posting them, both as a reminder and because they're always gorgeous 💖
