I love that fragility, but also the goof he has in mundane situations in the movie. He's put in some tense as hell situations and you can really see how these things are then later grabbed in the hathaway flash film to build upon...really cool

and how that in turn influences all his interactions with other women.. Now ofc I already knew that, but this time in particular it caught my eye and I was impressed by it.

Something i also loved was Hathaway in the film. Maybe its the influence of having rewatched the film with Alex a while back

There's as always too much to be said about this film. This time what in particular sprang out to me was how strong char's tendency towards sister/mother figures in the film-
