All the billionaires who are responsible for getting him elected should have to pay back the U.S. treasury for every law suit, every repair, every spike in oil prices, and pain and suffering - they can afford it. They should also have to restore all the agencies to secure effective service.

Counterpoint: the poor understand how money works. Their understanding of money is indeed exquisite compared to the famished comprehension of those who spend their time slandering the poor.
