Total abortion bans may have reduced rents by 4 percent (?!?!?!?!?). That shows huge demand for living in states that protect women’s lives. California should expand housing production as a matter of civil rights because living here means you simply have more rights - something people really want!
Disgusting comments. America was founded on the idea of religious freedom. Republicans must denounce this now!
There’s a lot of research showing that higher property taxes actually increase housing affordability by increasing sales, so it’s actually a benefit to first time homebuyers too.
Donald J. Trump Y @realDonald Trump Short term oil prices, which will drop rapidly when the destruction of the Iran nuclear threat is over, is a very small price to pay for U.S.A., and World, Safety and Peace. ONLY FOOLS WOULD THINK DIFFERENTLY!President DJT 362 ReTruths 1.25k Likes 3/8/26, 6:54 PM

This is genuinely a climate issue (among many other types of issues.)
Real America lives in an urban area. 80 percent of the country lives on 3 percent of its land.
Great post, Diego
Derek, this is an exceptionally good idea.
Wondering if the media would've chosen "honored" as the verb if Obama had saluted fallen soldiers in a fucking baseball cap
Since receiving presidential pardons, dozens of former Capitol rioters have gotten into more legal trouble. In Florida, Andrew Paul Johnson was sentenced to life in prison for child sex abuse. n.pr/4rUa1zD

Honestly brother good for you for using your platform to defend democracy at a small cost to yourself! Seems that is the bar these days!
Love this idea… know any attorneys facing this issue now?
Trump admits there were no evacuation plans for Americans abroad due to his war with Iran "because it all happened very quickly."
Uh, the rest of the text on the Statue of Liberty is incredible heavy metal?!
Not great that the goal of the war is the literal end of all life on Earth.

Climate and housing affordability demand we “Bend” the future of a great number of suburbs. Not to say Bend is perfect, but it’s a standout in the US. Lots of lessons to learn, I’d bet
This would be a great discussion @volts.wtf
Wouldn’t it taste like shit, though?
SF chronicle headline: 2 year old fatally struck, mother injured while crossing SF street
For the past 100 years we’ve had a choice between kids and cars and for 100 years we’ve chosen the cars.
It’s insane this is legal. People around Trump are profiting off war and death. I’m introducing legislation ASAP to ban this.
It’s hard to overstate the degree to which human progress in the 20th century was the answer to 100,000 years of our species’ prayers. Democracy delivered by progressive values. Prosperity for normal people ineffable to 10,000 years of kings - all delivered by progressive governance.
Not the point but this first claim is objectively untrue. The world is generally speaking the safest it’s ever been. Extreme poverty, deaths by violence/disease/war, and so much more are at historic lows. Progressives conjured miracles in the 20th c. The problem is the troglodytes unraveling this.
The U.S.’s negligence in prosecuting and convicting white collar crime (especially financial crimes) is, imo, an understated but huge reason we are where we are today as a country.
This is just the latest iteration in a long line of behavior like this
Today’s military strikes on Iran — carried out by the United States and Israel — mark a catastrophic escalation in an illegal war of aggression. Bombing cities. Killing civilians. Opening a new theater of war.
