Demonstration of chemotherapeutic-mediated changes in meningeal lymphatics in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo - Communications Biology In vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo models reveal that taxane chemotherapy disrupts meningeal lymphatic barrier function and vessel structure, alongside changes in fluid flow and impaired cognition.

I'm delighted to share the latest pub from my PhD work! In this work, co-first authored by Monet Roberts and myself, we found that systemic taxane chemotherapy damaged the meningeal lymphatics using in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo models ⬇️πŸ§ͺ

Engineered lymphatic stroma model applications in central nervous system leukemia Central nervous system (CNS) involvement frequently occurs in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), but many questions remain about how leukemia cells access, persist in, and exploit the CNS. The CNS is...

Happy to share a new pre-print from my graduate work at VT! We tested how the engineered lymphatic stroma models I developed could be used to study central nervous system leukemia ⬇️πŸ§ͺ #scisky

My whole team is excited to share our preprint with you, on an #OrganOnChip model of T cell-B cell interactions in the human lymph node! This is a model of antibody production starting from naive T cells and B cells, in a 3D microenvironment. #immunoengineering
