Nah, itβs just a hashtag that runners on Bluesky sometimes use (not Manchester btw).

Scott in the mystery city.
Steady run whilst working away. Guess the UK city from the pic!

I have taken photos here many times. This is my favourite from last year. March seems to be a good time to see The Crypt flooded and experience the beauty of the reflections. The Crypt is one of the oldest parts of the Cathedral and the least altered part of the Norman building.
The Crypt at Winchester Cathedral. The light filtering in and the flooding at certain times of the year give breathtaking reflections of Antony Gormleyβs sculpture Sound II and the beautiful architecture.

It's a great approach, I've just trialled ALS with HE libraries and it worked really well too.

To be honest, I suspected it might be Photoshop, but I know Robins can be very friendly too.
Love this shot.
Itβs finally starting to feel like Spring is coming :)
I've done the Handsworth Hobble before, that's quite a tough run too. You've just got to love Sheffield for the hills :)
I didnβt, but thanks for asking. Slipping and sliding is all part of the fun! Sorry to hear about your injury though, that most certainly does not sound fun.
Well done. Iβve drove up it many times - never run it!
Langold Lake
What started out to be a nice steady plod round #LangoldLake turned into an absolute mud bath running back across the fields to Letwell. At one point I slipped and nearly fell in the lake (sorry - no photos of that though).

Quick shout out for UK #HE and #FE folk attending #digifest26 - @littlebootevans.bsky.social and I will be facilitating a community #Wellbeing session. All welcome :) #Jisc
Thank you - I will :)
Exactly!
They are!
Challenging tempo run to Todwick to round off week 5 of training.

Excellent!
Phoebe the dachshund
Itβs tiring tormenting humans. Phoebe fell asleep in my arms moments after this photo was taken, but she fought it, as she doesnβt like to miss anything.

Lovely colours.
Loving the video! What did you use to record this?
I remember watching this as a child - a more comedic take on the barbarian trope, if I recall. What platform did you watch it on? I wouldn't mind seeing this again.
It does - great shot (wish the rain would do one now though. Weβve had enough).
Welcome back!
Finished Week 4 of training for the #SheffieldHalfMarathon and don't mind admitting that my body is feeling the strain.
Today is a rest day, and boy do I need it. Rest days are an essential part of training, especially as you get older. Never feel guilty for resting!

Itβs hard to motivate yourself at this time of year. Well done you for putting in the training and getting out there :)
Sad but true.
"Leadership isn't always being the main character and doing everything, but recognising the skills of others and empowering them to shine."
This quote came from a participant in a workshop I delivered yesterday. It's worth amplifying! #Leadership π―
We've actually had a very mild winter so far (up north, anyway). I shouldn't really complain about the weather, but I'm British ...
