I think there are concerns about plugging one of these into a regular electric outlet at your house. Is a safety device (limiting amount of electric current at one time) needed with the panel, and if yes does it come with one?

Many people (prob including median voter) aren’t paying attention. Many R voters are just fine with it - tribal identity takes precedence. Many others esp Dem activists are very upset about it but don’t know what to do about it.

Colin Van Ostern was Annie Kuster’s campaign manager in her first run for Congress. They are very close. Her endorsement of him is based on knowing Colin and his qualifications well. It would have been surprising if she had done anything else.
