Live Nation reaches settlement with DOJ in antitrust fight
Justice Department had accused the company of building an illegal ticketing and events monopoly.
The Justice Departmentβs settlement would benefit Live Nation at the expense of consumers, and we cannot agree to it.
My colleagues and I have a strong case, and we will continue our lawsuit and keep fighting to protect Americans without the federal government.

New SNAP work requirements take effect, put benefits at risk for millions in NYC
Able-bodied adults ages 18 to 64 who do not have a disability and do not live with children under 14 must now work at least 20 hours a week, or 80 hours a month, to continue to receive benefits.
The new SNAP work requirements risk pushing more people into food insecurity.
I'm reminding New Yorkers to keep an eye out for communications from state or local SNAP officials and to contact their local social services office for assistance.
