I think if they had added a "trailer releasing on x date" to the end (since I'm sure one is on the horizon soon), everyone would've been happy.
I feel like itโll make people talk more than just a standard movie trailer would, but I guess weโll see.
I suppose the best thing would be showing that early on and then a 30 second tv spot later on in the night.

Movie night.
I went to talk he did at Celebration 2017 (I think, may have been 2015) and it was incredible. He is incredible.
I just watched this for the first time last night and I loved it.
Looks pretty metal.
Possibly even butt-rock.
Also, I've never had the chance to meet Dave but I almost did at a Celebration. While I was waiting to talk him I started tearing up thinking about Rebels, how much it meant to me, and how much I loved sharing it with my kids.
So yeah, the guy who made that seems like a good pick to run the place.
Not everything Dave Filoni has made at Lucasfilm is totally to my taste, but a lot of it is and I think his heart is in the right place when it comes to telling Star Wars stories and that counts as much and *more* than anything else to me.

His performance in Double Indemnity is one of the all time greatest ever.
That book (and the ones that followed) were such a gift in the weeks after TFA released. It was such a joy being able to meticulously work my way through the book when I couldn't be in the theater watching the movie over and over (which I did a lot!).
I switched to a battery operated mower and blower years ago and never looked back. I can run that bad boy at 7 am and barely even feel bad.
